Abstract:
With the extensive use of mobile, banks are anticipated to see an increase in customer satisfaction and loyalty. This will benefit bank revenues by retaining more customers. Customers should expect new applications with features like Robo-advisors, voice payments, and card control as the banking sector investigates the potential of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning. Mobile banking applications are also expected to improve in terms of security, privacy, and usability. These applications may provide a seamless banking experience to its users thanks to cutting-edge technology. Consumers' growing desire to obtain financial services through digital channels has increased the development of innovative banking technologies, which are reshaping the whole retail banking industry. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the number of domestic card transactions, the amount of domestic card transactions, and the number of active mobile banking customers, all of which have grown as a result of growing digitization (Million TL).
