Abstract:
Among the regions of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic with an ancient and rich history, Shahbuz and Kangarli regions also occupy a special place. Like other regions of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the territory of these regions is rich in monuments due to its favorable natural-geographical position and rich medicinal resources. One group of them belongs to the Middle Ages. They consist of residences, grave monuments, castles, bridges, caravansary and others. In the article, the ceramic products found in the medieval settlements in Shahbuz and Kangarli regions were studied. The technology of their preparation, pattern motif, shape and characteristics have been studied.
